Please carefully review the attached document and bring a copy to San
Diego.
It has evolved somewhat from Tuscon. Actually it has changed to allow
Targets to open connections. I believe it still captures the spirit of
what we discussed in Tuscon.
I am looking forward to discussing this next week.
