<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">PLEASE read this draft critically.&nbsp; And soon.&nbsp; InfoComm is getting very, very close, and we need to have a plausible draft to give out to people.&nbsp; And we need to have time to produce copies on CDs and paper.&nbsp; </FONT></P>
