PMP> Alert and status template

Per the request from Interoperability Testing, I have uploaded the template 
that I used for error and status reporting. You can find it at:

This is a large table that prints on 11x17 paper.


The information that I provided under "Standard Printer MIB Defined Status" 
come from the MIB, except for the Group Status part, which is my 
interpretation of what the status bytes might be.
