You reference the HR MIB, yet we all know of the rather strange state
of that particular standards effort, namely, it is NOT moving to Draft
status.
Perhaps another example would be more appropriate, if you can find one.
By the way, please refresh my memory. Which object in the HR MIB
denotes which locale is used for the internationalized Name objects?
