Do we need a general alert code like pirnterServiceRequest or
printerGeneralError? We have a bit like this in
hrPrinterDetectedErrorState, but all the alert CODES are more specific. The
issue came up in context of a proxy agent for several devices and, while
some specific errors flow between the proxy and the devices, one of the
errors is just a general "device error".
