We have gone round and round in working group last call for over a year waiting
for the IETF HOST Res MIB to be finished. The more we churn the less stable the
MIB is and hence less likely to advance. Let's register these enums but keep
them out of the RFC.

I'm sorry - what late date are you talking about?
The Printer MIB v2 is NOT in IETF last call and
won't even be submitted there until the Host Res MIB
in SMIv2 moves forward to an RFC (at least two
more months, by Bert's note the other day).
