Please note that the PWG Steering Committee agreed
last Thursday to *move* the June PWG F2F meetings to
Wednesday to Friday (9-11 June 2010) - one day later.
This is because the ISO SC28 meeting considering our
PWG Liaison request will be Tuesday 8 June. Both Jerry
Thrasher (Lexmark) and Pete Zehler (Xerox) will attend the
ISO SC28 meeting on behalf of the PWG.
The current draft agenda for the June PWG F2F is:
Hosted by Xerox in Rochester, NY (US Eastern Daylight Time)
Wednesday 9 June
- 9am to 12pm - MFD WG
- 12pm to 1pm - Lunch
- 1pm to 5pm - MFD WG
Thursday 10 June
- 9am to 11am - WIMS WG
- 11am to 12pm - PWG Plenary
- 12pm to 1pm - Lunch
- 1pm to 2pm - Cloud Printing
- 2pm to 3pm - IPP Everywhere BOF
- 3pm to 5pm - IPP WG
Friday 11 June
- 9am to 12pm - IDS WG
- 12pm to 1pm - Lunch
- 1pm to 3pm - IDS WG
The PWG Steering Committee will confirm the final agenda
this Thursday (after review by all WG Chairs), but the above
is a pretty firm agenda (all WG Chairs except for IDS have
already agreed to the above draft agenda).
