<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">You should be receiving your receipt
by e-mail for meeting fees if you attended the San Antonio meeting. There
is a glitch in the generation of these receipts in that they do not itemize
the days you attended and also they seem to have extraneous information
attached (random receipts from the Montreal meeting!). The ISTO is migrating
some of their systems which has caused this glitch. While the receipts
may look odd, the billing is still accurate. </font>
