[Background - The Counter MIB has been adopted by PWG Formal Approval to
become a PWG Informational specification. Publication will require a
new standard file prefix (since obviously neither of the current info
prefixes 'req' or 'bp' would apply).]
I have just posted a revised PWG Namespace Policy in the directory:

in the file:

This update should be approved over the PWG mailing list to avoid delay.
After approval by PWG Steering Committee, this document should be copied
to the durable URI (inside the document) in '.../informational.
