GB.<BR><BR>AA and SP are IBM internal designation for all Arabic countries and
Serbia (see email attached below). If you look at <A

eudora="autourl">http://www.niso.org/3166.html#serbia</A> you'll see the
Serbia question addressed. So, I don't think these need to be

the abbreviation that IBM uses for Serbia. It's appropriate
to<BR>call it a "territory", in the POSIX-locale sense,
but,<BR>politically-speaking, there may be a difference of opinion about
whether<BR>it's a country.<BR><BR>"AA" is the IBM generic designation for
"Arabic-speaking countries". If<BR>you're including only (and all)
