<DIV><FONT size=2>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; - especially with regards to composite

<DIV><FONT size=2>- a UPDF namespace and a transparent relationship to the 
Semantic Model</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>- wildcards</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>- some entry to indicate that all data files based on UPDF are 
not considered IP.</FONT></DIV>
