Ira, looked at the Refresh at some length.  Great detail in there.
Didn't see any oddities.  A couple really minor things.  

1.  For Printer.PaperTypesAvailable, the lists of paper type strings,
developed over many years, are sort of all over the place.  Should we
state which lists supersede which other lists?  E.g., PWG5101 should be
used in preference to (or take precedence over) RFC3805, which should be
used in preference to ISO DPA 10175, etc.  Just the historical record of
the most recent probably being the most recently thought-out.  Might not
hurt to give the programmer a hint.  

2.  For Printer.DefaultPaperType, one might also cite prtInputMediaName
from the MIB, which contains the PaperType string of the row pointed to
by prtInputDefaultIndex.  Five mapping strings does seem excessive,

Just a couple nits.
