Rick, you covered the notes I had taken. I'll add that I think it will be a stretch to map our Channels group into CIM_IP via Profile... I guess that is yet to be seen. You are right... we had a lot of time but were cut off at 99.3% so were left with a key loose end - who to work with and how to proceed.
