PWG 5107.3 incorrectly registers "printer-state-reasons" keyword values with the "-error" suffix, which is assigned based on the state of the Printer. The 'xxx-recoverable-storage-error' reasons should have the suffix dropped since it is conceivable a Printer can still be in the 'idle' or 'processing' states with a recoverable storage issue. The 'xxx-unrecoverable-storage-error' reasons can remain as-is since, by definition, an unrecoverable error means that the Printer will be in the 'stopped' state, allowing the suffix "-error".
