Update registration of dissolvable filament

Received from Erik de Brujin (Ultimaker):

I saw a mention of a dual material print with PLA and dissolvable PLA in a few places. As you may be aware of, the dissolvable material people usually refer to is PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol) instead of PLA (Poly Lactic Acid). Technically PLA is dissolvable in solvents such as chloroform and tetrahydrofuran, those relatively hazardous to work with compared to plain tap water.

The registration and description of dissolvable filament should be corrected to be PVA and pva-dissolvable.
