    Hi,

According to IETF ID-Tracker, three NTPv4 specs have completed NTP
Working Group Last Call and are in the state 'Area Director Evaluation'
    which precedes IETF Last Call:

    State: AD Evaluation
Document - Version - Intended Status - Responsible AD - Modified
    draft-ietf-ntp-autokey / 04 / Informational / Mark Townsley / 2008-11-27
    draft-ietf-ntp-ntpv4-mib / 05 / Proposed Standard / Mark Townsley / 2008-11-27
    draft-ietf-ntp-ntpv4-proto / 11 / Proposed Standard / Mark Townsley /
    2008-11-27

    State: I-D Exists
Document - Version - Intended Status - Responsible AD - Modified
    draft-ietf-ntp-dhcpv6-ntp-opt / 02 / None / Not Assigned Yet / 2008-07-11

Therefore, it's appropriate for our PWG IDS specs to reference SNTP with
security extensions (Autokey) - they'll be IETF approved in the near future.

    Cheers,
    - Ira
