I agree, but at the risk of flogging this one to death - do you mean that
the sender only sends date/time from his perspective and does not need to
pass timezone information to the receiver? I realize that GSTN fax doesn't
pass timezone information but I thought we could do better with a more
capable protocol. It would certainly be useful for proof of sending since I
could be anywhere in the world when I send my job.
