Subject: IPP> MOD - IPP clients SHOULD implement TLS

Hi folks,

At Tom and Carl-Uno's request I am casting my vote that we specify
in the IPP/1.0 Model spec that, in order to facilitate interoperability=

of secure IPP implementations, all IPP clients SHOULD implement
TLS with the "Mandatory Cipher Suites", but an IPP client MAY
claim conformance (to IPP/1.0) without implementing TLS.

Cheers,
