Hi Lloyd and PWG folks,

I've been working on a fully detailed 'chIPP' proposal
since last Wednesday (12 May) w/ Tom Hastings. It should
be forwarded to the list later today (Tom was reviewing
again when we discussed it at the IPP WG Telecon yesterday
afternoon).

It DOES support 'bootstrap', David Kellerman, and (per
Tom's minutes of IPP WG Telecon last week) has ONE
Mandatory attribute of 'PrinterURI' and THREE Optional
attributes of 'Auth', 'Security', and 'Versions' (list).
The keywords for the optional attributes are explicit
in the registration so there is no NORMATIVE reference
to IPP/1.0 (Experimental) RFCs or Internet-Draft (IPP/1.1).

Cheers,
- Ira McDonald
