    Well, they *might* migrate to general implementations, however it
    would *certainly* be appropriate to provide a reference in the
    spec and to summarize the general policies that should be used
    and what is actually meant by PDL override. In other words, there
    is currently no definition in an IPP document of what PDL overrides
    actually cover, i.e. what changes to the presentation of a document
    constitutes an override?
