The '.txt' file posted has formatting problems. Because the
second and subsequent pages have a two-line footer, the
'mstrip' tool (w/ SMICng compiler) can't machine strip
the MIB. There are also several hundred overlength lines
and a few other formatting problems.
So, compiling this version is not practical (unless someone
else has the patience to hand-edit the footers/headers out
of 5,500 lines of ASN.1).
