Hi,
I called the hotel and the reason no one can
make reservations is that they were expecting me to
provide the room list. Sorry. This is only my second
meeting I've planned so mistakes will happen.
They have set up an 800 number that is supposed
to know about us and the rate.

Do not call until tomorrow as it will take a half day
to set up.
