Don,

We have just started up the process with our legal guys.

I see no chance that we can vote for this already next week, considering
that we just recently got the draft.

I therefore suggest putting off any voting until our July meeting.

Please take some time between now and next Wednesday's plenary to review
these
two documents. Also, now is the time for you to involve your legal council
in
reviewing these documents. Peter and Andy from the ISTO office will be at
the
Wednesday meeting to answer any questions that might be on your minds. The
intend at the plenary is for the group to:

1) Vote on continuing to move forward on this
2) If #1 is approved, then to designate/authorize someone to sign the
agreement
on behalf of the PWG.

Should we continue, I expect each member company to sign a short letter of
agreement confirming these documents as well as the PWG process document
(which
will need to be revised slightly) and to pay an annual membership dues in
the
range of $1000 - $2000 to cover administrative, operating and other
expenses.
Non-member participants, I expect, will be assessed a per meeting surcharge
in
the range of $100 per person per day in lieu of the annual dues.
