    The draft is making excellent progress -- though at glacial speed.

    On June 21, Ned Freed told me that my document would be on next week's IESG
    agenda.

    After hearing nothing for weeks, I wrote Ned in August. He replied on August

    that the IESG had approved the document (presumably in June), and that he
    still had to craft an IESG note.

    I await the note.
