Section 19 (Appendix F) presents sample PrintJobTicket content, and Section 20 (Appendix G) presents sample PrintJobCapabilities content.  But there is no example PrintJobReceipt.  Add a new appendix section (or perhaps sub-section) presenting the example content for PrintJobReceipt so that a) its existence is obvious; and b) that the connection between the 3 can be easily deduced.
