RFC 8011 lists "printer-current-time" in its "Table 17: Printer Status Attributes (READ-ONLY)", so I guess what I really need to do is file an errata against RFC 8011...

printer-current-time *is* a printer description attribute since it is supposed to be settable (to set the current time).

printer-current-time *is* a printer description attribute since it is supposed to be settable (to set the current time).

On page 31, the "printer-current-time" Printer Status attribute is listed in Table 5 "Required IPP Everywhere™ Printer Description Attributes". Move it to Table 7 "Table 7 - IPP Everywhere™ Printer Status Attributes".
