I certainly wouldn't suggest those items. Just trying to align what I see
going on in the Internet space which seems legit. Based on your expression,
perhaps the list is in need of major reduction and simplification as it
stands.

and, along with the fax number and printer url, why not their noc phone
number and fax, their sales department's, their collect fedex account
number
in case i have to send a paper document, ....?

jeezus folk.  this thing is so my modem can dial a pop, not to replace the
new york public library.  how simple can we make it and still get the job
done well?
