Ira,

Its been so long, I forgot about the previous comments
from Hugo.  I just wanted to be sure that everyone
was aware of and agreed to these differences.

The next update of the model document should also be
updated to agree with your document.  Updating v1.1
seems appropriate, since it has not yet been reviewed
by Keith Moore.

Also, it may be appropriate to add the fold, trim, and
bale attributes to v1.1 and eliminate the relative
Internet-Draft.
