I guess I missed the last call on this one:-( But lines 292 and 293
of the PDF version have 'type' and 'subtype' values for "Content-Type"
reversed. It should be 'text/plain' not 'plain/text'. the actual text
should read...
"...the 'type' MUST be "text", the 'subtype' MUST be "plain"...
