I have posted the minutes for today's IPP conference call to:

Our next (joint) conference call will be September 26 (next Monday) at 1:00pm Eastern time to review slides for the F2F.
New action items:
- Mike to post draft slides for F2F before next concall
- Ira to send number-up-supported fix to IANA
- Ira and Mike to work with IANA to update registry to include a "set allowed" column for attributes
