The originally proposed WBMM Charter has been revised and discussed within the WBMM group, and is ready for submission to the PWG as a whole.

Today begins the 10-day Last Call for comments on this document, prior to
a formal vote by the PWG. This period will include the June 16 WBMM face to face in Portland. Comments may be sent to the WBMM reflector, or presented at the Portland meeting next Monday.
