The latest version of the specs, dated February 10, 2003, are now on the PWG
web site.
These specifications are based on the February 3, 2002 versions, see
http://www.pwg.org/hypermail/xp/0194.html.
The specifications

are available for review from the XHTML-Print Working Group Home page

Versions with changes marked, can been seen by visiting the current spec and
then selected the "Markup Version".
Changes for this version of the specifications:
1. Addition of the value landscape to the size property in the CSS Print
Enhanced column, along with the foot note that printers that are unable to
print landscape pages may ignore this value.
2. Addition of a minor correction to the comments of the XHTML-Print DTD
that bumped the version number to 1.5
