PWG June, 2008 F2F Meeting

 

I. When/Where

The PWG F2F meeting will be held on June 25-27, 2008 in Longmont, CO.

The IEEE P2600 working group will be meeting at the same location on
June 23-24.

II. Where to stay
There is no dedicated  room block reserved at this hotel for attendees,
however the hotel may provide attendees with either InfoPrint or Lexmark
corporate room rates. Contact the hotel directly.

No other hotel arrangements are being provided for this meeting.

To cover the cost of the meeting room rental, internet access, and refreshments;
there will be a per day meeting fee of $65.00 per day.  Onsite registration will
be available via Credit Card or Check (payable to the ISTO) at the rate of
$75.00 per day.

IV. How to Get There
The PWG meeting space is located on the Radisson campus but not directly inside the hotel. From Rt 119 (Diagonal Hwy / Ken Pratt) just west of the Radisson, turn North onto Industrial Circle. Continue North past Kline Drive and turn West into the parking lot. You should see a small black sign "Radisson Conference Center". In the row of offices along the West side of Industrial Circle you will see a black awning. Use that entrance or (better) the doors just to the South. These doors lead directly into our conference room straight and to the right.
