My _recommendation_ is that you move forward with preparing IPP for
DRAFT standard status: start trying to document tested, independent,
interoperable implementations of EVERY FEATURE.
A protocol that is widely implemented, interoperable, and succeeds at
accomplishing its function is irresistable.
