    I think the confusion arises because the definition above is sloppy. When
    there is only one SBP-2 unit directory in the node, it is easy to think of
    the node as the target. When there are multiple SBP-2 unit directories
    within a node, each is a target. The accurate way to define target is "A
    unit architecture that receives ... "
