    I finished the bulk of the editing necessary to incorporate namespaces and
    element definitions as complex types instead of references into all UPDF
    schemas.
    I uploaded the following schemas to the UPDF site
    (ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/upd/0.85):
    - UPDF
    - UPDF Font Handling
    - UPDF Device Configuration
    - UPDF Option Configuration
    - UPDF User Policy
    - UPDF Command Sequences
    - UPDF Wildcards

    I have not changed the wildcard schema so far. But that's a short and easy
    one. We should discuss what namespace this should belong to.

    I'd like to discuss if we follow the MediaElements/MediaWellKnownValues
    idea and mainly group the attribute listings in one schema like
    UPDFWellKnownValues (previously UPDF Data Types) and global elements in
    another like UPDFElements. This is now possible more easily after the
    editing I did.
