I have loaded the updated version of the Finisher on the PWG server at:

The .doc version can be used to show the changes since the last version.
I will not submit this version as an Internet-Draft, since at least one of
the current issues on the Job MIB (the structure of the attribute
definitions) also is an issue on this document. When this is resolved, I
will again update the document and make a final submission.
