P1394> 1394 PWG Spec rev 0.52

     Hello,
     
     The latest spec is out on the web. 
     
     I did the major edits, added the command set, and updated 
     the issues list.
     
     I did not finish all of the minor edits.
     
     I expect that we will review the spec and issues in Savannah.
     
     Also did not add config ROM.
     
     Get the spec now at ftp://www.pwg.org/pub/pwg-in
