Fumio Nagasaka has written a proposal for the 1394 PWG transport command set.
The PDF file has been uploaded at:

This is proposed after reviewing new profile (Rev. 0.52). It addresses
some points in the current proposal. Thus it is also a proposal for the
1394 PWG command set.
