I looked through PrinterStatus.xsd and hoped to find something that maps
directly to hrPrinterDetectedErrorState from RFC 2790. Is this what is
meant to go in PrinterStateWKV? If not, I'd like to see if we can agree to
put hrPrinterDetectedErrorState into PrinterStatus.xsd (or must it be part
of some schema that maps the HR MIB?)
