    Another editorial comment to January 7 version of XHTML-Print.

    This issue is still not fully addressed in the current version of
    specification. I suggest to modify the first criteria to be identical
    to that of XHTML Basic.

    1. The document must conform to the constraints expressed in
    Appendix C.
