Since this preference indication is only for what is in the spec as
mandated, I cast all four points for MAIL TO. That is not to detract from
the merit or even (under certain circumstances) the superiority of one or
more of the other approaches, and I am assuming that at least INDP and IPP
(although the latter may not technically be notification) will be specified,
implemented and verified.
