We have to decide on the overall file and include philosophy of DTD files.
As proposed some days ago, it has some advantages to split sections of the
whole DTD into separate DTD file and include them in the technical master
    file.

Please study attached files. The "UPDF Constraints.dtd" (previously named
"constraints.dtd") is unchanged to the last version.
Search for "Constraints" in the technical master "UPDF.dtd". See the call
from PrinterCap somewhere in line 267 and the reference to the include file
    in lines 814, 815.
Open XML Authority (or similar app) and click around watching the icons with
the crosschecked red line. These descibe the modules of the include file and
    are not edited.
Open XML Pro (or similar app) and see that I have added some simple
constraint for demonstration purpose only below PrinterCap. It all works
    fine. This proves the functionality.
Please ignore the problems with the validity. We still have to clean up some
legacy problems from earlier work. I'll try to work on that before the
    conference as much as possible.

If I do not hear any contradiction this week this philosophy will be decided
and we will use it for other sections like fonts, too.

    Regards
    Norbert
