Bill - below are suggested global edits for the WIMS Protocol spec to
bring it into alignment with the revised set of WIMS schema.
ORDER WARNING - the sequence of global substitutes below is ONLY valid
in the order specified - attempts to simplify will break the context of
some parameters and cause broken edits - patient execution of this exact
sequence will yield a clean document - this sequence is based on global
searches in Adobe Acrobat.
