    Hello,

The latest version of the specs, dated February 3, 2003, are now on the PWG
    web site.

These specifications are based on the January 23, 2002 versions, see
    http://www.pwg.org/hypermail/xp/0185.html.

    The specifications
    - XHTML-Print
    (http://www.pwg.org/xhtml-print/HTML-Version/XHTML-Print.html), and
    - CSS Print Profile
    (http://www.pwg.org/xhtml-print/HTML-Version/CSS-Print.html),
are available for review from the XHTML-Print Working Group Home page
    (http://www.pwg.org/xhtml-print/wg-home.html).

Versions with changes marked, can been seen by visiting the current spec and
    then selected the "Markup Version".

Changes for this version of the specifications:
    1. Changes Section B.2 of the XHTML-Print spec based on "RE: Multiple
Referenced Images With Same Content Location"
    http://www.pwg.org/hypermail/xp/0189.html.

    2. Removal of a poorly worded explanatory note for Section 3.1 of the
XHTML-Print spec concerned with the rationale for not supporting attributes
because the document character encoding is restricted.

    3. Addition in the CSS Print Profile spec. of support for the value right
for the text-align property as requested by
http://www.pwg.org/hypermail/xp/0192.html. Please note that the values of
lower-latin and upper-latin were not added to the property list-style-type
since the request was withdrawn in the same email. The request to add the
value landscape is still under discussion, please see
    http://www.pwg.org/hypermail/xp/0190.html and
    http://www.pwg.org/hypermail/xp/0193.html.

    4. Addition in the CSS Print Profile spec. of a condition for the
vertical-align property, "Vertical alignment is undefined across page
boundaries.", in keeping with the same condition on the valign attributes of
the td, th and tr elements.

    5. Addition of enhanced layout support for the caption-side property in the
CSS Print Profile spec that was requested by change 3 of
http://www.pwg.org/hypermail/xp/0185.html but over looked in the last
    version of the spec.
